Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only issue refunds or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Strictly no change of mind refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@hydratools.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Accuracy of Information: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product details and usage guidelines, we cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions.

Feeds and Speeds: Any feeds and speeds provided are intended as general guidance only. They are not guaranteed settings, as results may vary depending on your machine, material, and application.

Tool Wear and Breakage: Breakages and general wear and tear are not covered under warranty. Tool failure can occur due to a range of variables and is considered a normal part of CNC operation.

Cosmetic Variations: Tools that are fully functional but exhibit cosmetic imperfections (such as colour variations or minor surface marks) are not considered defective and are not covered by warranty.

Defective Items: Items found to be defective or outside stated manufacturing tolerances prior to use may be eligible for replacement or refund. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
We believe in the reliability of the tools we supply and aim to support our customers wherever possible. If you're unsure whether your item is covered, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If your item is faulty, we'll happily exchange it. Please contact us to organise an exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
